Helpful employees from the receptionists to the maids. The location was marvelous near the city center. Actually everything was perfect. My next choice again in Stara Zagora. the hotel had a very central location close to the town centre. the deluxe king room we were provided was unique.

An electric kettle, air conditioner, and a work desk available in the triple room. Extremely comfy beds in the rooms. Magnificent and perfectly comfortable setting in the nice enough area, right by all the tourist objectives as well as clean. Easy check-in, parking nearby.

Bathroom sink is small and awkwardly placed, causing water to spill onto the floor. The lack of a floor towel made it more challenging.
